3. Products & Pricing

We offer a curated selection of Islamic books, educational resources for children, prayer accessories, bazaar goods, and digital content. All items are described as accurately as possible.

3.1 Pricing

All prices displayed on the site are in Ghana Cedis (GHS ₵) unless otherwise indicated. Payments processed through Stripe are charged in USD at the prevailing GHS/USD conversion rate (approximately 1 GHS = $0.067 USD). Fayda Digital reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, though prices are fixed at the time of a confirmed order.

3.2 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. In the event that an ordered item is out of stock, we will contact you within 48 hours to arrange a refund, exchange, or backorder depending on your preference.

3.3 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display product information, images, and specifications accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that product images exactly reflect the physical item. Minor variations in color may occur due to screen calibration.

4. Orders & Payment

4.1 Placing an Order

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected item(s). All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and accepted.

4.2 Payment Methods

• Apple Pay & Google Pay (where supported)

4.3 Secure Payments

All card transactions are processed securely by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Fayda Digital does not store any card details on our servers. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

4.4 Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us at info@faydadigital.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return (see Section 6).

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Delivery Areas

We currently ship to addresses within Ghana and select West African countries. International shipping may be arranged upon special request — please contact us for rates and timelines.

5.2 Delivery Timelines

• Accra (Greater Accra Region): 1–3 business days
• Other Regions (Ghana): 3–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

5.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — check the site for current offers.

5.4 Delays

Fayda Digital is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, public holidays, or events outside our control. We will always endeavour to keep you informed of any significant delay.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unused and in its original condition
• In its original packaging with all accessories/materials intact
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Digital downloads or audio/video content once accessed
• Personalised or custom-made items
• Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
• Perishable items (e.g. incense/oud once opened)

6.3 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.

6.4 Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage at info@faydadigital.com. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, product descriptions, graphic design, and software — is the property of Fayda Digital or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

All books and published materials sold through our platform remain the intellectual property of their respective authors and publishers. Purchase of a book grants you personal use rights only.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

We commit to resolving disputes through fair dialogue and, where possible, amicable settlement before pursuing legal remedies — in keeping with Islamic principles of justice and reconciliation (islāḥ).
