By accessing or using the services provided by Fayda Digital App (the “App”), owned and operated by Fayda Digital Inc. (“Fayda Digital”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

To use the App, you must register for an account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account information updated. You shall not use any other person’s account without permission.
3. Subscriptions
The App offers different subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees as specified for your plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but please note that no refunds are provided for partial months.
4. Content
All ebooks, audiobooks, podcasts/knowledgecasts, and music made available through the App are the property of Fayda Digital or its content providers, and are protected by copyright laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial use only.
5. Restrictions
You may not modify, distribute, reproduce, sell, or exploit the content provided through the App in any way. You may not bypass any measures we put in place to prevent unauthorized access or use of the App.
6. Privacy
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice of such changes, such as by sending an email, providing a notice through our services, or updating the “Effective date” at the top of these Terms.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Fayda Digital, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the state of Georgia in which Fayda Digital LLC. is based, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.
